I recently dined at your restaurant and overall the food and service were good, but I witnessed something in the staff kitchen that really disturbed me. The head chef was shouting aggressively at the staff, using harsh words, and even throwing things around. It was loud enough that all the customers, including myself, noticed and felt uncomfortable. Personally, I felt embarrassed on behalf of the other staff members.
I truly believe that a restaurant’s atmosphere is not only about food and service but also about the respect and teamwork behind the scenes. I hope the management can take notice of this situation and speak with the head chef to understand what’s happening with the team. It might be that the staff are under a lot of pressure or feeling exhausted, but I think there are healthier ways to handle stress in the kitchen.

Read moreGreat atmosphere for a cafe/pickleball court. Food wise, Fuji don was okay, but burger had some room from improvement. The fries were soggy not in a good way (coming from a person that likes soggy fries 😭). My milk tea was very tasteless as well 😭😭
Also, I think there was some altercations going on with the kitchen staff and servers. Not sure what was happening, but it was really loud and one of the kitchen staff eventually even banged the table/counter and shouted super loudly (idk what he shouted). Totally understand that working in the kitchen is extremeeeely stressful and shouting in the kitchen is normal for the f&b industry. However, given that it’s an open kitchen where customers have 100% visibility, I think it would leave a slightly negative impression for customers.

The atmosphere is good and if you wanted more quiet dining experience you need to be seated at the mezzanine level section. The ground level is noisy.
Well as for service I’ll rate it just ok. Just need to wait a little longer to get noticed by the waiter when you’re on the mezzanine level.
The downside was the food; Ordered the Smoked Duck Carbonara which the gravy is bland. Hearty breakfast which the gravy also bland and a bit watery. Guilty Cheese Chick the cheese gravy a bit water. Oceanic blast the fish is not fresh and the spaghetti is sourish; felt like wrong combo for the taste.
