The rude attitude of the cashier and staff. They did not welcome customers even though they said 'welcome' when we arrived. They were mean with a sour face & did not even look at the customers. When I asked about the payment for the food and cake they said it was a separate payment. But in fact they paid at the same counter. Then I asked for a menu to order food to take away but the cashier rudely said 'nak order apa’ without showing the menu I asked. How do I know what is on the menu without looking at the menu? There is indeed a QR for eating there, but for take away there is no sign for the menu on the counter. The cashier did not even tell me where the menu is. Edited: Still 1 star for this round, but thanks to the service crew that gave us the ice cream 🫰🏻 when we were about to leave. However, the gesture felt reactive, and we didn't want it anymore.😔

We stopped at this outlet with our kids and infant for a short break. We ordered drinks, but the crew didn't inform us that the free ice cream for kids was only valid if requested before paying the bill. After being charged a 10% service fee and a 6% tax, we felt ridiculed when we inquired about the ice cream. This was a very disappointing experience and a deceptive marketing tactic by whoever led the SR marketing/promotion team....

My family and I have been here 2 times to eat food during non-peak hour. Would take about 30 mins.

This time, peak hour. Waited almost 1 hour 30 mins. Wanted to cancel and food suddenly arrived. We were absolutely disappointed and frustrated by this service.

At least, train your staff to mention to customers how many minutes it might take for the food to arrive. Also, rather than accepting more customers, at least tell them the waiting time so we dont have to wait so long while hungry.
