Celup Tepung Cikgu — Restaurant in Terengganu

Amongst newly introduced restaurant lately. Our revisit on a normal weekend. Therefore it was not too crowded. Overall, we was very happy and satisfied for all things. From the food taste, food selections, staffs service, ambiance, weather, seatings, cleanliness and pricing. Our 2 pax revisit for an ample and basic foods and drinks cost us approximately RM30. Still on a moderate price. The calamari (deep fried squid) and fried prawns taste good. The dipping sauce taste good too. Side order for drinks we chose ABC ( Air Batu Campur ) - just love it. Presentation of it with upside down Ice cream cone. Looking so photogenic. Our outdoor seatings has compliment our revisit while enjoy our meals we had saw a breathtaking beachside view and the breeze air. Seafood aren't fresh. Flies are everywhere. Today my family and i visited the restaurant and was extremely disappointed. First, we arrived to a table full of dirty plates, which was immediately a red flag. The seafood was not fresh and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, my sister found a fly in her teh tarik. When we complained, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff fought with us and blamed us for the fly. They refused to replace the drink, forcing us to pay for another one, but the teh tarik had biji limau inside, which shouldn't have been there and we could only assume the mug was unwashed. I arrived around 8pm. The place wasn’t very crowded, but the service was slow. The worst part was that we ordered a size S siakap for RM30, but when it came time to pay, we were told that size S was unavailable and the smallest they had was size M, which cost RM45. They didn’t apologize for the mistake; they just said it was an error on their staff for not mentioning it when we ordered. Their bos reduced the total to RM68, but the bill on their tablet showed RM68.10, so we only received a 10sen discount for their mistake???!!!

Plus, I bought buih mainan budak2 tu at RM7/pc (written on the box), but they claimed they didn’t have it in their system, and asked us to accept it at RM8 instead.
