My comment for service improvement. I went for a drive-through and clearly I ordered for 3 mix-and-match options, but ended up I did not receive the order as I had expected. The person stationed at the counter receiving orders seemed to be a new worker... I understand that it takes time to get accustomed to the system and use the machine taking orders, but please don't say that the option is not available just because you dont want to go through the hassle of calling your colleague to help teach you how to use the machine to change the order that you have mistakenly input into the system (I know that the option is actually available because when the other worker came later to help her).
