Went there on Saturday’s night. Overall, highly recommend not to come here. Service: super slow, u need to chase the staffs to order, u can see them very tired and lack of manpower. Price: not worth it. Rm 18 for small plate of vege (rm9x 2 portions - refer to pic), ikan bakar came without sambal. Ikan stim limau tasteless and only sour. Nasi rm12 x 2 can feed a good 6 adults ( served in big bowls - each bowl is equal to 3 pax of rice - suggest to order individual rice better) All the foods we order were really tasteless (like forgot to put salt). Maybe we were unlucky as we came that time it was really packed. We have to arrange our own table for 10 pax. At the end of the day, they left out 2 dishes. The seafoods were fresh, just the cooking method and services were not that great. Not kid friendly - u have to find your own baby chair. Atmosphere - if u observed properly, food waste is everywhere, table is sticky/dirty/smelly and a lot of rubbish bin nearby dining area. No tissue provided on the table. U have to find it at...

We went there for dinner on Malaysia Day, which was also an extended weekend for those in the east coast. The crowd was as expected but we managed to find a table. Service was fast and efficient as they make full use of the technology.....the staff would key in our order in the tablet which linked immediately to the kitchen dept. You have the option of choosing your own seafood at the special section , stationed at the entrance. They have a wide array of selection....lala, kupang, pepahat, fish, frozen lobsters and crabs. All were properly tagged and priced. The staff will weight them and let you know the price . You will then tell the staff on ways you would like them be cooked. We received our orders within 30 mins....which is good , considering the weekend crowd. Will definitely repeat on our next trip...

First of all, the staff that welcomed us was unfriendly. It was like, she doesn't want to serve us. And she cut off my dad when he was talking by raising her palm at him, which was super rude and I will never stand any behaviour like that towards my dad.

Secondly, the table was dirty. It was sticky and when we wiped off with our OWN wet tissues, the dirtiest colour you can imagine was on the tissues. And it smells weird.

Thirdly, the food was normal. It was......overrated.

Fourthly, expensive as hell. I can get better back home, which was far from the seaside and we were expecting more coming to this place just because.

We are never coming back. Period.

And we are going to tell our family and friends about how bad this place is.

Call me Karen but you guys...

Any seafood lovers here? Want to enjoy seafood that is not only fresh but also tasty and reasonably priced? You have to taste it for yourself at Laguna Ikan Bakar restaurant! It is one of the famous restaurants around Kemaman, and there is no denying that this restaurant is always full of customers, even after midnight! What's so special here? One of the main attractions of this restaurant is its unique and relaxing interior. In addition, the seafood here is simply fresh. Menus such as flour-fried squid and sweet and sour fish have a special place in the hearts of their customers.
