Riviera — Restaurant in Faadhippolhu

Enjoyed 2 dinners and a lunch here. Really loved it all but the food at lunch was the standout. The gambas dish was great (on both menus). The beef carpaccio at lunch was one of our favorite dishes of the trip. The lamb chops at lunch and the lamb entree at dinner were both excellent. Octopus at lunch was a big favorite as well, very well cooked. The dessert at lunch was fun. The focaccia is amazing. Really great menu, so much to choose from. We also liked that we had the option to pick two apps and a main instead of 1 app, 1 main, 1 dessert so we got to try more of the tapas menu. But beyond the food, the service was excellent. The one guy, I sadly forget his name, he was always so full of life, smiling and laughing as he interacted with us. And another server from Bali, she was so nice. Everyone always remembered us and usually our names too and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful views in the open aired restaurant. Sometimes service was a touch slow but we could see why based on the set up…the drinks come from the bar around the other side at the pool and the food comes from the kitchen inside waves cafe. Everyone working there definitely had to hustle…not an ideal set up but they make it work. Great drinks too! Enjoyed the sangria...

Our favourite restaurant in Le Meridian Maldives, just because of Rishab and his colleagues who went all the way to provide great service, gave us special perks to make our visit special and enjoyable chatter which connects us more to this place. Rishab given us clear descriptions of the food and even the cooking processes that went into them so we can appreciate the food served better. His recommendation for Gimbal, Veal and signature cocktails were on point. As for desserts, the Baklava Cheesecake & Rose Ice cream...

The service is exceptional, and the staff are truly wonderful—special thanks to the entire team for making every meal a memorable experience. One stay at the resort isn’t nearly enough to experience all the incredible dishes on offer at Riviera Tapas & Bar. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience and...
