We decided to have our a la carte dinner here (as an All Inclusive guest in Villa Nautica you can choose between Italian, Teppanyaki and Seafood restaurant once a week). At first we were a bit worried because the pasta dishes at the buffet restaurants in the resort tend to be overcooked. But we were proven wrong. We had arancini and carpaccio as starters, then went for pizza and pasta accompanied by salad and finished with a torta caprese to share. Paradise appears to be in the process of renovating their menu at a few of their restaurants, and one restaurant really stands out of the crowd is their Italian restaurant, Al Tramonto Bar & Restaurant. Their recently renovated menu had some of the best flavor combinations we had experienced anywhere, and we live in a big city on the East Coast of the United States. This was our fourth stay at Villa Nautica, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and pleasant resort.

The Italian restaurant Al Tramonto is perfect in terms of both taste and atmosphere. We always look forward to dining here. Mr. Sunil, who is always smiling, was very sincere and did his best to meet our requests. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy our dinner and wine in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
