Best place to eat while you are at Sheraton Full Moon Resort and Spa. The menu is diverse ranging from local foods, East Indian, Chinese and mariad of western breakfast food. Fruits. They serve local fruits too such as rambutans, lychee, just to name a few. Fresh fruits are cut right infront of you and put into your blow/plates. There were also fruits in the fridge which was self serve. Fruits such as guava, pineapple, apple, apricot, papaya, just to name a few. They have a dedicate cook to prepare your egg in any way you like, and they've also got a dedicated cook to make fresh dosa... it's an East Indian crepe. Loved it. They've were serving parfait with local touch, such as basil seed with blended apricot. There were marid of breakfast cereal with various types of milk... all the way down to chocolate and strawberry milk. For hot drinks, they had all types of drinks, from cappuccino down to artisan coffee such as flat white. For cold drinks they have a wide change of choices too, such as ice coffee, ice chocolate, just to name a few. Staff were promptly changing the plates when we were done, which encouraged us to eat more... boy we were stuffed. Deserts... dont know where to start. Too many to name. There were at least a dozen of different desert delights. Bakery delights. They had a lot of selections and a self serve toaster was at hand if you needed it. Jams and honey. They had at least 10 different jams, such as pineapple, papaya, just to name a few. For honey they had at least 8 different honeys. I honestly did not try the honey so I can't comment on it. Cold cuts. They had about 4 different cold cuts. I liked the smoked salmon. Cheese. Limited selection but enough for breakfast. They had 3 selections, bree, cheddar just to name a few. Juices. These were the fresh juice in their fridge. Apple, watermelon and orange. Smoothie. They had strawberry smoothie and plain yogurt smoothie. I cant remember the names of local dishes but I did not really liked them. Maybe it's an acquired taste. They also had East indian achar. Solid mango achar for one of those days when you dont feel like eating anything. There were some customer service management touchs which I notice which I really liked. For example, one of the diners dropped a napkin on the floor and she picked it up and she walked away to get more food. The waiter came and he replaced the napkin with a clean one. All without the diner noticing it. Customer service like that is a hallmark of excellent customer service. I travel a lot in a year and I see that level of maybe once a year. This was it. Kudos to the staff. Too many to.ention in this review. I recommend visiting this place when you are at Sheraton Full Moon Maldives if you are there at least...

Read moreBeware of hygiene here! Staff are not trained here on how to handle buffet food items!
Customers were coming back from their table after eating off their personal plate and putting stuff back from their plate on the buffet table that they didn’t want and staff members acknowledged it and let other customers take those items off the buffet table to eat!
After witnessing this, my appetite was destroyed and I had to stop eating.
Managers don’t care about this, neither does the...
