Masala Hut — Restaurant in Malé Atoll

We recently had the pleasure of eating at the Masala Hut and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the servers were attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu.

One of the dishes we tried was the Vada Pav, a popular street food in India. These deep-fried potato fritters served in a bun were absolutely delicious.

Next, we decided to try the Punjabi Aloo, a dish made with potatoes and a blend of aromatic spices. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and had a wonderful combination of flavors. The dish had a nice kick of heat, but it was not overpowering. It was a great choice for those who enjoy spicy food.

Finally, we couldn't resist ordering the Butter Chicken, a classic Indian dish that never disappoints. The servers explained to us how to eat it properly, which was a nice touch.

Throughout our meal, the servers continued to provide excellent service, ensuring that we were enjoying our food and answering any questions we had. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the cuisine added to the overall experience.

We are the first time on Maldives and Sheraton Full Moon resort is the great first, second and every time island to visit. We took all inclusive package and one of our first choices on the island is the Indian amazing restaurant Masala hut, very romantic and with a special approach for serving. A specially we want to highlight the wonderful approach for the great service is Mr. Asif who introduced us always the best service and great food made with love by main chief Mr. Dinendra. We had the lamb dish and the chicken byriani here and they were both excellent! Incredible spices and at medium heat, wasn’t unbearable for me.

We didn’t have any dessert but the Chai tea was excellent!

We had an amazing staffer who waited our table - Asif - he was very friendly, gave great recommendations and really engaged us in awesome conversation!
