Very bad service! The person who “kind of organizes the excursions” has a terrible profesional skills and no customer service at all. We booked a 4-5 hour excursion for 3 people (it was 180USD total). Were supposed to go and try to see the turtles, snorkeling with fish, see dolphins and so on. But you know what? We only spent 20 minutes in the water. We complained so they offer a 1 hour excursion without charging us extra (the other day we came back way before the 4-5 hours because apparently they needed “fuel”. Fake). This guy, very rudely, said that we need to pay something, which we agreed but that 180USD excursion was not even worth 60USD. I ended up giving him 45 but he said that “we always complain and that he had no time to keep on talking with me”. I guess “we always complain” (talking about us tourists) because that’s a SCAM!!! So please do not go with these kind of people to any excursion. You have another places there that offer better and REAL ONES, for the same price or even cheaper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Not for excursions ir food. Food comes late, cold and it’s more expensive than most of the restaurants. Check the area, you have tons of cheaper, better and faster options than this place. AVOID THIS PLACE! They only want your money, NOT...
Read moreThe worst experience ever! Do not book excursions with them, they lie about them. They do no respect the time, the places and the things you are supposed to go and see. it’s expensive and fake. I would recommend not to eat there either. It’s expensive compare to the rest of the island and comes cold and late. Go to the cafe close to it, they serve better food, way better food. You can also check the pizza place located on the “main street” that goes to the port. They offer amazing food, affordable and amazing for the price. With pizzas they also offer free coke and the service is great. DO...
Read moreTasteless. For the first time in Maldives, I couldn't finish the dish brought to me at the cafe. The fried rice was rancid. The prices on the menu are in US dollars, and when asked to convert to Rufiyaa, they calculate at a rate of 17 (although it's 15-16 everywhere else). In addition to a 10% service charge, they don't feel the need to return change to the customer. I do not...
