Sea Grill — Restaurant in South Maalhosmadulu

5 stars truly doesn’t do the experience the team here provides. We’ve had the chance to try both the old 2020-2025 menu as well as the new 2025 + menu, and the executive chef truly cooked! (Pun intended). The food is of outstanding quality - fresh, colorful and full of flavor. 100% recommend the truffle pizza and the fish and chips. The tuna steak with butter lemon is to die for, and their take on carpaccio - new style beef sashimi is not only an explosion of flavours, but also an artwork to look at.

The food is only a part of it, what truly makes Seagrill and by extension Dusit the amazing experience it is, is the people.

Huge thank you and shoutout to Raweesha and Noni who always provided such a wholesome welcome, Niluka, Shafiu and of course our friend Sleep (Mohammed) who made the evenings memorable and every wish fulfilled before we even spoke it.

I love this restaurant the most in Dusit Maldives. For dinner, actually my package could have only one starter, one main dish and one dessert.

But when I finished my order I tell the waiter that I would like to change my starter from soup to salad, he told me that no need to change he will bring me both. So kind.

And both salad and soup are tasty. My friends asked why I have got 2 starters then he said he will bring us more soup and salad if we want. And there everyone is satisfied on his kind service.

I order grill Rainbow fish which is the menu of the day. Rainbow fish is the local fish there and it comes in very fresh delicious taste.

Moreover my friends order many kinds of vine which they said it’s good. I am none alcoholic so I have no comment on this.

The food here is bland, flavorless. No salt. No spices. Even the fish here doesn't taste at all. I liked the vegetarian pizza a little. And the beef burger. Anything else is just doesn't taste at all. I hope the resort do something about it. You can't eat anything at launch time. For dinner you can go to Benjarong restaurant. It opens from 7 to 10 pm. They have good food there. Right now my option is to delay breakfast as much as I can. And skip launch all together and eat dinner at Benjarong at 7PM. The resort is lovely. This...
