We came here because it was mentioned in our Malta travel guide and apparently the locals come here to dine more often. So we expected that it will be something very good, but the food was just OK - like something your grandparents will prepare when you come back home.
Don’t come hungry, as there is long waiting after you order - up to 45 minutes, when they are busy (which is the time when everybody comes for lunch). We came at 13:30, and got our food at around 15.
I ordered the rabbit ravioli, which I liked, but again - nothing special and the tomato sauce was strong so I couldn’t taste much else. My boyfriend ordered glazed ribs and he wasn’t fond of them, because it was too sweet from the barbecue sauce. Salads and fries are not fresh like every other restaurant in Malta. Everything gets imported so it’s expected.
The service was amazing, everyone is very kind and positive and speaks great English. The little girl explained to us what the meals meant and helped us with...
Read moreAfter ordering fries right away we waited for 15 minutes. Meanwhile we were the only customers in the restaurant and the staff was arguing during the whole time, shouting at eachother from a different room. Then they came into the room we were in also and continued an open argument not caring one bit that we were there. The guy arguing the most and was rude as hell was probably the owner. Then he sent one of his employees to tell us that in fact, they dont even have fries after waiting for them for 15 minutes. We drank our drinks and went to pay by card. Our bill was more than the minimum needed for payment by card. The employee went to give us a terminal to pay and owner was fing rude and was like no, this is my restaurant and made up a higher price we needed to pay for us to pay by card. He was impolite and rude to his own employee as well I pitied her. Never coming here again. Thanks for the...

Unfortunately I don’t find it the best place to eat. We got 3 burgers and they didn’t left us satisfied.
Chicken in a bun: the chicken was clearly frozen before cooked which made some parts of the outside very crispy and the inside very dry. Additionally the burger did not have any sauce which made it extra dry.
Beef burgers: the beef patty was very basic and also they was no sauce. The bobbyland burger was better.
In general all burgers had this pre-made veggies that you can take from any supermarket. Additionally the ketchup and mayo will come in this packages which makes it in my opinion very hard to get any product from. When we asked for more napkins and sauces they only offer one per person. For the fact that we paid ~15€ per burger I am not happier with the burgers.
Mostly likely I will go for a coffee/drink because...
