I am a food critic and was intrigued to go this restaurant which has many good reviews. First impressions from the outside the restaurant looks like it is or part of part of a house non arrival I was greeted and everybody seems very organised. All tables were reserved so I was pleased to come a bit early on Sunday 12:30pm. Restaurant has a Sicilian theme and menu. Staff were fast and attentive and well trained. Now the food. Started I had mussels and fish soap. After I had the spaghetti seafood. Fish soap was ok and a staggering €14. The mussels were fresh but full of garlic to a point that the garlic over powers the mussels. I normally eat the mussels broth but this I could not eat because of the large pieces of fresh garlic, main course spaghetti seafood. Main course portion was big and it had mussels, two large king prawns, shrimps and clams. Pasta cooked al dente but it had no taste. Only tasted like boiled pasta. Could not taste the chilly nor the parsley. Overall food was disappointing. There was many of pizza take away so I will try the pizza next time but seems this trattoria is more hot air than tasty food

Very nice and friendly restaurant :) the staff were very helpful. Not a big restaurant but more cosey. It's not the type of place you would throw a party at but more for afternoon lunch. Relaxed and enjoyable. The only thing is that the food takes a while to come up, however that is because everything is cooked fresh and they give you large portions for the price you pay. Very good and highly recommended

We also took the antipasti which were basically canned mushroom, horrible Lidl cheap cheese and salami. All together the portions and service were great but the food quality was bad. Also, the wine list is very poor in quality.

Very nice and friendly restaurant :) the staff were very helpful. Not a big restaurant but more cosey. It's not the type of place you would throw a party at but more for afternoon lunch. Relaxed and enjoyable. The only thing is that the food takes a while to come up, however that is because everything is cooked fresh and they give you large portions for the price you pay. Very good and highly recommended

Salad which was supposed to be served with main course came 20 minutes after. Ordered a cake and when asked for the price on booking it was €35. On payment it went up to €40 and they didn't even bother to inform us beforehand. Also on booking when asked if they accept government vouchers the answer was YES. On payment they changed their version of accepting half of the bill (€539) as vouchers and the other half as cash. When we tried to resolve the issue that on booking we were told otherwise no one took responsibility and all we got was arrogant and rude answers especially from one...

Gotta tell the truth. I came to this place as I saw 4.9* and I could not be more disappointed. I ordered a risotto with shrimps and Salomon, and what i basically got was boiled in the morning rice with a couple of toppings, out seemed like fried Chinese rice ;-( I definitely would recommend not going. Giving one star to try to balance all the rest of the 5* ratings I see. Seriously i don't understand them. On the bright side the guys were nice, they just don't know...
