Stoneage Bar — Restaurant in Qala

One of the best pubs I’ve been in my life! The owner, Jeffrey, it’s a big collector and an amazing host. As a woman solo traveler, he made me feel very comfortable and welcome to spent a few nights by the counter having a drink until it closed.

The pub is full of little details, souvenirs and memories he keeps all over the place since 1999. The atmosphere it’s great and the locals are very funny characters that makes everything even more special.

It was the perfect experience to spent my days exploring Gozo and nights sharing my adventures by Stoneage Bar. Looking forward to comeback and search my keychain behind the bar...

Hands down the most unique bar I’ve ever been to in my life. The atmosphere is amazing and the owner has the best energy and vibe. Everywhere you look inside the bar is something intriguing. The walls are decorated in humorous and cultural details. I literally extended my stay in Gozo just so I could enjoy more nights at the Stone Age. Family friendly and caring people. The locals are nice also. Jeffrey is one of the best people I have ever met. Me and my kids were very sad to say goodbye. Can’t wait to have more nights of laughter and skittles!! Spent a couple of days in gozo qala and on our first night we found stone age bar, very cool bar with a decent whiskey selection and fun lil selection of cocktails! The owner is a very down to earth guy who gave us a couple tips of places to visit. On our second night we spent our entire evening there. time flies at this bar, would definitely recommend this bar if you wanna have a good night drinking plus Jeffrey the owner was a pleasure to meet!
