I came to this shop three times, and every visit has been disappointing.
The first two times I tried to visit, I was turned away even though there were still 15 minutes left until closing time. For a dessert shop ā where most people come after dinner ā it doesnāt make sense to close at 10 pm, let alone reject customers before then.
Today was my third attempt, and it ended up being worse. I ordered a Happiness Cone in a waffle cone, but it turned into what Iād call a āMadness Cone.ā The attendant told me they were out of pistachio and that flavors could not be changed. This makes no sense ā if a flavor is sold out, you should either mark the item as unavailable or allow the customer to pick another flavor. Instead, I was told: āWe donāt have pistachio and we cannot change flavors. Do you want just white chocolate pistachio?ā To this, I replied with another flavor I wanted.
However, when it came time to serve my order, I was given it in a cup instead of the cone I had ordered. After pointing it out, I was then handed one of the thin, slim cones rather than the waffle cone I had originally requested. Because the ice cream was already quite melty, the slim cone couldnāt hold it properly, and the ice cream literally slid off and made a mess.
To add to the frustration, the āwhite chocolate pistachioā flavor didnāt taste anything like pistachio.
After being rejected twice before and then having such a poor experience on my third visit, I can confidently say this has been extremely disappointing and I do not recommend this...

You are made to line up and pay first and then line up for your ice cream, then line up for your coffee..... To you, the management, this is terrible service. If your processes are long, do table service, you are hurting your own business by providing a terrible customer experience. A good customer experience ensures you are relevant to your customers in an industry where your customers already have too much choice.
