Fluid Rib & Steak House — Restaurant in Saint Julian's

Last night, we visited the restaurant for dinner, where we had a reservation. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by what seemed to be the supervisor or manager, who, without a word of welcome, snapped at us in a very unpleasant manner, saying “Yes, please,” in an even raised tone. To make matters worse, he didn’t have a smile on his face.

Throughout the evening, about five different waiters approached and served us, but only one young man was polite and courteous. On the other hand, the waiter who appeared to be from Asia was extremely rude while taking our order, rolling his eyes and speaking in a dismissive manner. I felt so uncomfortable that I almost considered leaving the restaurant.

Thank God the food was delicious, but the service was absolutely terrible. People really need to learn basic manners and customer service, especially in the hospitality industry. I spent a significant amount of money, yet the overall experience was unpleasant and almost...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. I ordered a ribeye steak and honestly, nothing was good.

The meat was rubbery, and that’s saying something because wherever I’ve had ribeye in my life, it’s always been tender and enjoyable. I’m not even a picky eater, but this was just bad. The fries were bland and the blue cheese sauce had absolutely no flavor,!first time I’ve ever experienced that, like how can you give no flavor to a blue cheese sauce!

I had come here 1-2 years ago and already found it pretty average, but I happened to be in the area and wanted to give it another shot. Big mistake. It was so underwhelming that I feel compelled to warn others.

We found this place in St Julians. Located of the 3rd floor in the Bay street shopping complex. Very American. Quite spacious. Decor was bright and inviting with 2 aquarium in the middle and at the back. Staff were very attentive. The complementary bread could be better. It was so cold like it came from the fridge. Food was overall tasty. We had the men's combo platter. The steak was cooked to the right temperature. The ribs could do with a bit of seasoning. The fondant and ice-cream sandwich were really good however the carrot cake felt store bought rather than home made.
