I just wanted to order some fruit lemonade 🤦.I didn't think that it could be so incomprehensible and problematic.I went into this cafe and asked the waiter if there was lemonade, he sent me to another room.And another waiter asked me what I wanted. I asked that I wanted lemonade.Why did I call another girl and say do you have a drink menu?I didn't find any lemonade in me, just water, apparently alcohol, cocktails Why did three more waiters come up to me and I tell them do you have lemonade?What's unclear about the word lemonade????They stood there in bewilderment and offered me Coca-Cola and Sprite.Yes, I got up and left because I want lemonade.The waiters don't understand the word lemonade.I didn't have a very good impression of this establishment. We had an amazing experience at Italo! The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of healthy and delicious dishes, perfect for anyone looking for fresh and nutritious options. The menu is well-balanced, with plenty of choices for different dietary needs.

We had couple of drinks and dinner. Atmosphere was amazing, live singing (maybe a little bit too loud). Service was a bit slow, but i can understand because they were busy. The reason why did i put 3 stars is that we asked waiter for suggestion. When he replied he said which one is his favourite, and also mentioned that one of the pasta is not good. However he was not right.. Because the carbonara was the one which was not good… it felt like they were adding black pepper and the container opened and they put too much… i felt only black pepper in the pasta.. overall i recommend to come and enjoy the atmosphere, but don’t order...
