I'm a person who loves Pizza Hut, but this isn't it.
Me and three friends arrived here. I came in 30 minutes early to get a seat for us (around 2:30PM), but the seats inside were full at the time, so I found a seat outside and waited.
Not a single waiter/waitress arrived to provide menus or to clean the table. So I went inside to ask for a waiter.
By the time I went inside (3:00PM), there was a table free, so I waited there, and then my friends arrived. About 10 minutes of waiting, we didn't get the menu, so we had to ask a waitress and she apologized for the delay and provided the menus.
I also noticed that there seems to be only one person working hard, as she's maintaining the cash and being a waitress as well.
There was one that seemed to have difficulty being fast, especially during this time, and he was practically being berated by the hard working waitress in front of customers. Very unprofessional, to say the least.
The icing of the cake: mind you that this is a dine-in restaurant. We were asked to pay before we get our food, because they had people eat food, and just leave without paying.
While this is not our problem, we were hungry, so we decided to just pay.
The first food to arrive was for one person, the rest were almost done. The slow waiter however, he got the food for our friend, and the other food that seemed to be ours, were just sitting on the table where the chef put them. About 3 minutes later, he finally came back and gave the rest of us the food. Fortunately, the food was still hot.
The food was delicious, however, the moment it started getting cold, the mozzarella cheese had a weird stingy taste. A taste like it's expired cheese. Fortunately again, I didn't seem to get sick from it.
All in all, the experience in this restaurant was terrible, and I don't think I'll be returning to this establishment and I certainly would not recommend it, even to my worst enemy.
I highly recommend anyone to find a different Pizza Hut altogether. I recommend the Campus Hub and...

We had an excellent dining experience at Pizza Hut in St. Julian’s on New Year’s Day. The atmosphere was fantastic—modern, clean, and inviting—with a wonderful sign reading “Believe in the Power of Pizza”. This small detail really added to the cozy vibe and made us feel right at home.
We ordered a Large Pepperoni Lovers Pizza with a cheesy crust, which was perfectly fluffy and absolutely delicious. The portion (16 slices) was generous—just about manageable for two people—but every bite was worth it!
As for drinks, we started with a cold Kini, followed later by a refreshing Kini Spritz. There was a minor mix-up at first—our Kini Spritz was initially served as a regular Kini—but the staff quickly corrected it when we pointed it out. We also enjoyed a smooth Americano coffee to complete the meal.
The service, while friendly, was slightly disorganized. For instance, the low-alcohol Cisk beer was served lukewarm. However, the team promptly replaced it with a perfectly chilled one when we mentioned it. It’s worth noting that it was New Year’s Day, so we can understand if the team wasn’t at their sharpest after the festivities.
Overall, the meal was fantastic, the ambiance was lovely, and the restaurant was spotless. We truly felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our visit. The prices were reasonable for the area—around €42 for everything, including the pizza, four drinks, and a coffee.
We would gladly return for another visit. Highly...
Read morePizza Hut continues to be one of my favorite go-to spots when I’m craving comfort food that hits the spot every time. Whether it’s dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, the quality, flavor, and overall experience are consistently great—and that’s not something every chain can say!
Let’s be honest—that pan crust is legendary. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and perfectly golden every time. Whether I go for the classic Pepperoni Lover’s, the Meat Feast, or something more adventurous like the BBQ Chicken Supreme, it’s always hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings.
They don’t skimp on cheese either, which I really appreciate. And the flavor of the tomato sauce? Tangy, just the right amount of sweetness, and full of bold flavor. It’s everything you want in a pizza—familiar, satisfying, and totally crave-worthy.
Don’t sleep on the sides! The cheesy garlic breadsticks are dangerously good, and the chicken wings (especially the spicy ones) are a perfect add-on. Oh, and the cookie dough dessert? Absolute heaven—soft, warm, and the ideal sweet finish.
What I love most is how flexible Pizza Hut is—it works for every occasion. A fun family dinner, a casual catch-up with friends, or even just a lazy solo night with Netflix and pizza. It’s familiar in the best way, and somehow it always feels like a...
