Pura Vida Malta — Restaurant in Saint Julian's

AWFUL! We went for a birthday by reserving a table and the waiter told us that it was happy hour and we could buy two cocktails for 10 Euros. Then they told us that we couldn't benefit from happy hour because we didn't order food (there was one chicken salad and two fries). She said that the table of 8 people could not benefit from happy hour because we did not order food. I went to talk to the owner of the place and he was the rudest and worst manager I have ever seen. He did not understand the customer's situation and said that we had to order food for happy hour, even though it was not written anywhere. The waiter denied offering us happy hour, and the owner asked us to pay the bill and leave. This is my worst experience in Malta and it definitely proved to be a small...

The worst management and place ever! We had a reservation for birthday and we were 8 people. They have happy hours buy 2 cocktails pay 1 so we ordered cocktails and then the owner said us that you should order meal to be able to benefit happy hours which is awful!
