Bay Square Cafe — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

Extremely unsatisfactory service, with unhelpful and impolite staff. I requested an Express macchiato with a glass of water, but the barista replied that they do not offer a glass of water, only a bottle. I mentioned having received a glass of water in couple of days ago with no problems, but he was unwilling to listen and became agitated, seeming to struggle with understanding English. This resulted in him raising his voice as he became frustrated. This is unacceptable. Customer service for customer. I just asked for glass of water and was willing to pay for a full of bottle water but in the glass but this wasn’t forthcoming coming.?? So I left the café....

Probably the Driest Carrot Cake on the Planet Got a cheek to charge €6 for 2 Coffee's and a Cake it may be nice to watch the world go by but not a plesent eating expierence , dont know why so many rave about it ,this review is not based on a Tourist perspective we're die hards of this Island and both Restruartuers for 30 Years ,So trust us we we say the Carrot Cake was Disgusting, Cross over to McDs and taste the diffence for less , 2 different environments though , but its not the resturant thats under scrutiny Just the...

Good location. Good coffee. However spirit eur 2.5 plus mixer eur 2. Total eur 4.5 is exaggerated!! Also I had a glass of wine which tasted as its watered down!! Why all this greed? We would have remained there and had a few more drinks if all was fair! Take care of your frequent Maltese customers.... those are who kept your business going when...
