CIBO Pizzeria — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

We discovered this authentic Italian/sicilian gem walking by and what attracted us was the layout and the brick oven because that means excellent pizza. It was excellent - and more than that. The manager Andreia is very engaging and makes sure every customer has a perfect dining experience, and all the staff is on point, very attentive and courteous. Their pizza is - dare I say - the best in Malta. And the atmosphere/setting is beautiful & open air, but covered. Great to watch sunset while dining. Make sure to order an espresso (they have regular and decaf and their crema is spot on - no sugar needed!) and limoncello after dinner! We will be back, for sure!!! And we heard the Tiramisu is homemade...

Hi i didn't actually experience sitting in this resturant though that atmosphere looks great and the service looks great but I walk by here everyday and tonight I decided to get it delivered to home now first off when it arrived it looked nice but thats where it ended the sauce was sweet the dough undercooked and real doughy could taste the yeast or semolina in it toppings falling off the pizza and pizza not cut and just tasted like pure sweet yeast just pizza wise there is so many better places like made in sud,damianos and luigis will not order from here again not my...

By far one of the best pizza place in Malta. Definitely in my "Top 3" right now.

The dough is very well made (around 75-80% hydration) not heavy at all, you can eat the whole pizza and feel absolutely fantastic afterwards. Ingredients are fresh and combined divinely on the dough.

Cocktails are pretty good and prices are average or slightly below average. The view is also truly superb!
