I ordered cheesy chips, he brings me chips with like a spray can cheese on it? I asked for cheesy chips so that means actual cheese melted on there I’ve never seen anything diabolical like that, actually atrocious, next I ordered a smoothie which he had no idea what it even was and then he want next door to the next shop to buy the smoothie for me but it was advertised on their menu!! Oh also the pizzas taste like they are bought straight from the mini mart and cooked but was edible enough. All these reviews must be fake as no way is it getting any 5 star reviews, the real reviews are 1 stars or the 5 stars must be from people with no sense of good food. Also 11k reviews is crazy as it was so quiet even opposite they own an Indian called New Delhi, which is meant to be a “authentic Indian cuisine” owned by the kebab shop owners which speaks for itself really. I never give reviews of places but I thought I’d give a review as it was that bad and it’s quite shady and disappointing they mask the New Delhi restaurant as a authentic Indian restaurant when it would just be disappointing microwave meals, looking from the state of those chips, doesn’t give a good look at all,...
Read moreStopped by not really knowing what to have since it was my first time at Corner Kebab. Waiter suggested the Special Pizza which was delicious. OK, forget about the Neopolitan pizza - this is nothing like that, but still good albeit a wee bit heavy - could feed two if not too hungry... The special is made with meat off the kebabs plus green and red bell peppers, onions, and well flavoured - and you also get served a sort of sour cream to pour over it. Service was courteous, did not wait long and waiters came to ask me if everything was all right. Very nice of them. Not giving 5 stars because of the (1) price - € 15.90 is on the steep side while not expensive compared to some other pizzerias in the vicinity, (2) location makes sitting outside not too comfortable with people stopping their cars mere feet from you to get an ice cream from the shop in the opposite corner and (3) would have preferred the regular pizza dough, but I still enjoyed it. Next time will try the Indian Restaurant opposite - appears to be managed by the same people...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of eating at this kebab spot, and I have to say—it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great vibe that made the place feel lively yet comfortable.
The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every guest had a great experience. They were quick to take my order and happy to offer recommendations.
Now, the most important part—the kebab. I went for the beef option, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char for that extra depth of flavor. Paired with fresh veggies and a perfectly toasted pita, it was easily one of the best kebabs I’ve had in a long time.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Whether you're craving a quick bite or looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a great meal, this kebab joint is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be coming...
