Domino's — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

We were on holiday in Malta for a week.

After a long flight we were hungry and needed some food quickly. We decided to try Maltese Dominos.

We ordered from this store and I picked it up from the store. The store its self was very clean and had a good atmosphere but the quality of the food was shocking.

The food was brought back to the hotel and the pizzas weren’t even cooked properly with gooey crusts in the middle. The wedges were also cold and they didn’t even give us the right dips that we ordered too.

Because of this I reached out to dominos and was told that someone would be in contact with me within 72 hours but unfortunately I still have not received any contact over a week later.

My friend and I ordered a Jumbo Veggie Pizza as we’re vegetarian. Even during us giving the order, the staff member was being rude and kept cutting us off when we were speaking. After waiting for over 35 mins we finally got our pizza. We started having a few slices and then my friend noticed something on the pizza… IT WAS A PIECE OF HAM. We were fuming and to make it worse we found another piece. Nevertheless, we went up to the staff member and told him about this mistake. He refused to accept the mistake and didn’t even give us a refund. He was saying that we “planted” the pieces of ham on the pizza. great place although they have recently lowered the quality of their products and i am not lactose intolerante, although i had bowel problems the next day. My experience has occured first in novemeber , then i tried it again in december ( same thing happened) and i tried again recently but still the same outcome. The pizza i'm talking about is the margerita, with cheesy crust... for all the situations listed above. The price is not worth it in my opinion, there are much better places which offer...
