Frittø - Fish Street Food — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

So, we were in a local hotel, 😉 and after the crappie experience with the ‘Less the Supreme Cruises’, earlier that day, we decided to do a takeout…in the hotel. We went to Fritto, and boy oh boy was it bloody worth it? The owner was so friendly, and I know it goes without saying that they should be. After all it’s their business and if you want repeat customers be NICE! But he was just nice, and his food….made fresh while you wait so I did with a beer at his outside tables. The best fish and chips I’ve ever had and loved that everything was cooked from fresh. However, my only complaint (hence the reason for the 3 star for service), the staffing is really bad, only one lady doing everything which is not acceptable. There should at least be 2/3 members of staff to help with orders, cooking and cleaning. Because of this the time waiting for the food was extremely long. The lady's staff took our order and put a Dish in supplement that de didn't Ask (13€), when we said that WE don't wanted it, she said "it's in the machine I can't do anything" with a very unfriendly tone, we had to pay for something we don't wanted. Maybe a missunderstood but she was very agressive for a Dish that wasn't already done. So no choice, WE wait for that : but 45 minutes ( on a dirty table)!! A lot of take away at the same time.
