the steak was tough n bland, should at least seasoned with salt. The old lady was rude. The place only 25% occupied when we walked in. As i walked to sit at the table...the old lady said thats not a 2 person table, does it matter much if rhe place was less than half full, it was still half full when we left. Indeed, it is rude to ask customers to move to another table while eating, so is telling customers they cannot take a table when telling customers can take any available table, would suggest like most restaurants practice, escort the customers directly to the table to avoid any misunderstanding. I am sorry that I commented OLD lady instead of OLDER lady as there was two lady waitresses in the restaurant, am trying to identify which of the 2 waitresses without knowing the name. Read moreA very unpleasant experience: If it says cheese baguette... Thats literally all you're getting in your melted cheese baguette for €6.50 (Through Bolt Food). (Yes they give you a total of 12 chips and some salad on the side but it is so badly presented that you won't be able to throw in some salad in the baguette). This is the same for all baguettes (we had chicken and bacon as well) When the order arrived, 4 Baguettes were missing (nearly half the order), so we called them and after about 2 hours, another delivery guy (this time not Bolt Food) brought us 3 of the 4 missing baguettes... Although they threw in 3, 2 month expired muffins, as some kind of sorry note, we were still missing another baguette. Customer support is extremely slow, tries to lay blame on anything else and they're pretty much useless.
Final remarks, Over priced low tier food, Missing items in delivery.. twice, expired "sorry" muffins and more than an hour of calls because their customer support is basically useless and they kept telling us to wait and they'll contact us later while we were still waiting on the missing food.

After contacting the restaurant with regards to this, they attempted to send a second delivery with the rest of the order. By then the whole experience had been ruined. On arrival of the second delivery, we noticed that there were still some missing items (in place of which were some expired muffins - probably in hopes of sufficing as some twisted form of compensation). In conclusion, after leaving a number of people disappointed with both the value for money for the food we were getting from this place as well as the awful delivery service, I will definitely not be ordering...
