Lino Kiosk — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

If this is the place I think we visited then it was a real find with well priced food and drink at reasonable prices. There were baguettes, salads, homemade pies and chicken kebabs. When our food arrived the portions were massive and it was all delicious. I had a kebab and chips and my wife had a chicken baguette, both were immense. If we were ever back in this area we wouldn't hesitate to come back! Some people were moaning at the service but it was getting made to order and the quality was worth the short wait! (Not sure if this is the correct place I am hoping it is the one just next to the public toilets...

There is no time when I come to Malta and I don't come to eat sometimes even more than once, the Ftjira Maltese here at this kiosk. This is the typical Maltese sandwich par excellence, with lots of ingredients inside tuna, tomatoes, corn, beans of various types stuffed olives, but in this one they insert a secret ingredient a type of cheese that goes perfectly with the whole thing and that no one else puts in, as a result it is the best sandwich sandwich characteristic of the whole island of Malta, truly unbeatable as the eyes of Ritianne (I hope you spell it that way) who is supposed to be one...

Yummy food and smiley people! The best combination! If you want traditional snacks, huge sandwiches or a fresh squeezed juice you have to come here! Lots of space to sit: is a kiosk not a restaurant so the sits are all outside in the shade. The prices are also fair: I had two chicken spiedini with salad and a local beer for the price of 5.5 euros! Most important is the nice way, they are polite and they smile a lot which is something that here in Malta is quite rare...
