I have been a fan of the pizzas here for a while, and I ordered two pizzas last weekend. I sent the names of pizzas, my phone number, location, clarified whether or not I could pay by Revolut.I checked whether the location was in their delivery radius. I was given the number of the delivery person to send my location which I did. At the end of the delivery window, I called Made In Sud, who were extremely aggressive and rude. They kept telling me I hadn't confirmed the order, although I had provided all the details they required, they told me I hadn't told them what pizzas I wanted to order although this was clearly written in the messages. I asked them how I could confirm the order further as they had asked me to contact the delivery person - which I had done. At this point they started screaming down the phone saying "it's separate! you didn't confirm! you only said two pizzas". They kept asking me what time I sent the messages (I sent the messages 5 hours before the delivery).When I asked them to check their Facebook messages and asked them how I could possibly confirm further, they hung up on me. Read moreWhen I went to Made In Sud, a saw free tables. I ask if they had one free for me. The young waiter told me that every tables are takes. He recommands me a take away which I choose, so. After few moments for waiting I saw a couple ask if by chance they have a free table for them because they did book it. And the waiter checked the availability of every table and he give them a table. After that I was complaining about that and the waiter was embarrassing and told me they have it but I said no sorry they didn't have any reservation. So, a silence of 3 seconds he recommended me to talk to the owner and he run away for serving people. 2 min after that I ask him again to call the owner for me. When he was here, he recognized to me that they didn't give me a table because a was alone and not with someone so I will cost less money for them and if I want a table I come after 10 pm. Read moreThe food was great, I had a very delicious napolitanean pizza and pistachio tiramisù. But I can't say the same for the service. The waiter is well instructed to invite you to buy more food like starters, and it invited me to put stracciatella on the pizza asking me, "What do you want on the pizza bufala or stracciatella". He asked in a way that I needed to choose and, of course, suggested to me the more expensive topping with a crazy price of 3.50€ without even tell me that was an extra, but I thought was already included on my pizza. However, the bill did not respect the price shown on the menu, but something was a little more, and he said the menu is old and needs to be changed so why don't correct those price with a pen? You can't increase the bill as you like because you can use this excuse for any item you want, and this is not fair at all. Think of a group of people or family that pay without checking the bill they will definitely pay more than what they expect without even notice, so be careful...
