Zero customer service.

Went there with a friend to try something new in the area and it was really disappointing…

My friend ordered one of his favourite cocktails and on the description of their own menu, they specific put a brand of gin.

When the bartender starts making the drink, he notice that she wasn’t using the one on the description and when he appointed that her reply was “ They all taste the same thing” … mmm right. He didn’t want to make a fuss and paid for our drinks.

When I tried my drink it was extremely sweet, like unbearably sweet, I went to the bar corner and explained that to her and asked if she could redo the drink less sweet or swap to a different one.

She was struggling to give an answer, but then her colleague approached us to hear the situation and was stood next to me and shaking her head to the bartender serving me.

Her final response (WITHOUT EVEN TRYING THE DRINK) was: “that’s how the drink is supposed to taste”.

Nevertheless to say that me and my friend left the establishment disappointed. I didn’t finish my drink because it was a disgusting mix of syrup and fake whipped cream, we both went to a bar next doors and had an absolutely blast.

From a tourist to another tourist, I do not recommend this bar, simply because of the staff behaviour when pouring wrong liquor on the drink and not trying to solve another guest...

My experience was very racist. Went there with my friends this past weekend on my first visit to Malta and the service, the food and the music was great, I had zero complaints UNTIL a group of about 4 women and 2 guys started issues with us over the heater (which I wanted on) and they wanted off as they were smoking. No the escalation of this fight started because one of the women was the sister of the owner and she had a problem withe me specifically because I was Black and she explicitly said so. She talked down to me and the waitors who did absolutely nothing about her racist behaviour. We ended up leaving because who wants to be subjected to that but wow I would have recommended this place before but after that incident and spending so much money being treated like a dog basically I won't. This was my first racist incident in Europe and it was disgusting. A family business that supports racism is...

Rude waitress. We popped in for a drink, ended up ordering a jug of cocktail. It's not expensive but the staff is not very professional. We were half way through our drink when the waitress turned up out of nowhere and without us asking for the bill (we wanted to drink another round), she put the bill on the table, and she only said: €16!!!!! I told her that we didn't ask for the bill as we wanted to drink more. She replied:-Everybody pays!!! I was like, why? Is it closing? No it wasn't apparently just for some reason this is a place where a rude waitress makes you pay half way through your drink without even asking whether you liked your cocktail or not or actually wait for you to order another round and ask for the bill yourself.
