Mr. Kebab Restaurant Takeaway and Delivery — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

I work near by and I always come in my break because services is quick, this men in the photo treat me very bad today, I seated as usual and I was waiting for someone to take my order, since he was near y asked him politely if he could take my order, he took his eyes and made a such a bad expression because I asked him that so I told him why he was rude I told him to call someone else instead since he did not want to and ve got mad when I asked him to take my order. Then the other gentleman noticed it and he asked me how I was I complained about his attitude and then the guy from the photo again arguing with me and saying me that I have to order in the desk not with him that is not his job to take my order and I told him that even if is not his job customer service is important . He was so rude I told him to leave me alone. This is unacceptable . If I see him the shop next time I come I won’t go.

To make it worse when I paid he make fun of me asking me how was the service of course I told him bad then I told him I will make a review and he threat me saying that he is the manager and if I made the review he was telle everybody in the restaurant to don’t serve me and he told me to don’t comeback because of the review instead of being profesional and apologise or recognise his mistake. I have a foodie blog on instagram of course I will also tell my experience there and of course I won’t comeback after that. Everybody else there are amazing and good food except for this...

We went there just because of the good reviews. We went there for dinner We were kind of disappointed. While we were ordering, the guy who served us kinda expected us to know what salads they have and what souces they have. He acted like: " cmon bro what do you mean what salad is this. Or what souce .. omg this is humus..." I blinked on him like, yeaaa how come I can know what is this inside the fridge while you have no labels on them? And they ware like... just go outside, and wait for your order, I will bring it for you...

However, my order was chicken plate. Everything was COLD and old. And I don't mean cold like it stayed in the fridge. It tasted like it's forgotten outside and microwaved a little.

The meat was cold, tomato ware like from the morning, zucchini ware like frozen. The bread was cold like out of the fridge .

The only hot things ware the french fries.

The portions look big, but...

I've been going there many times with my family from long time and years ago!

I must say that the service was always consistently great !

The Staff always welcome you to feel like you are eating at ur own home and they become like.a.family with you !

What about the food ? If you try it once you will love to go again again and again amd you never fed up of it because there is a variously menu to choose from !

The Price is genuine with big portions too and the quality of the food it was always that I loved in this Place !
