on the first day in Malta, my girlfriend and I went for pizza to random restaurant and I've never had a more disgusting pizza, then we found the blaze, a nice lady invited us to the place, she took us to a table, we ate on the second floor, we were charmed by the decor and swings at the tables, we were undecided but the lady who served us offered us dishes that exceeded our expectations, a burger made with homemade ingredients, my taste buds were in heaven perfectly prepared burger and original fries and sauces were also amazing, the next day we also decided to eat at the blaze and we didn't regret it once again I ate, in my opinion, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, we also ordered alcoholic drinks whose proportions were perfect and you could really feel it. I also had the opportunity to meet the chef as well as the cook who served me and prepared our dishes on the first day, very nice and smiling like the lady on the bar, the value for money and short waiting time is amazing, I recommend everyone to try the food served by the blaze and for sure you will...

They really know what they're doing. We've been there multiple times, for the BBQ Ribs where the meat practically falls off of the bone, the Jamaican Pulled Pork Burger and the Beef of Fire Burger which probably are burger variations you don't encounter in your usual burgerplace. It's like a hole in the wall restaurant that's an absolutely hidden gem. They make the burger buns themselves and you can taste it! Even the cocktails are absolutely delicious and they even have more to offer than is just written on the menu. On they menu they just have what most customers wanted in the past. I've had a really good whiskey sour while I was there and the margaritas are bomb too!

As a regular customer of this restaurant, I can confidently say that it is one of the best dining experiences in Malta. The food is consistently lovely and the weekend specials always manage to surprise me with their delicious flavors.

The burgers, in particular, are a must-try. They are unlike any other burgers in Malta, with a unique style and exceptional taste. I appreciate the quality of the meat and the attention to detail in the flavors and presentation.
