oz Sofra Kebab — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

Would've been 5 stars if the staff were helpful but as I've already read I'm not the only one to experience how rude & unhelpful the staff are. After being ignored we tried to ask one of the waitresses how we go about ordering, one of them shoved a menu in my hand not explaining anything so asked another & said you go to the till. After ordering at the till we were handed our receipt then realised we had to tell them what we wanted in our wrap which he then wrapped all up & put in a bag but we wanted to sit in the restaurant & eat but they gave it to us all wrapped up so when we told him we wanted to eat in he then put it on a plate & pointed to a table. My partner asked one of the waitresses for a knife & fork as it was easier to eat she looked like she really couldn't be bothered & it seemed alot of trouble for her. We walked past this place everyday and thought it looked nice and was busy, thinking this was a good sign. When we ordered it was rushed, didn't seem to want to help find a suitable alternative as what I wanted wasn't available. When we got to choose salads the guy behind the counter was rude and put items on the plate that I didn't want or ask for. We were handed a plate with a few chips and a couple pitta bread and a small plate with mint yogurt sauce and hummus and ushered away. Would be nice to have the chips with your kebab and not cold when they do arrive, this is bad planning. We had to chase up our drinks and sauce for the kebabs. We left quite a bit as it wasn't really anything special and quite salty, mine was (lamb anba) and it was rubbery, mixed shish (chicken and beef) beef was dry. I went there to have pizza. I order chicken tandori pizza and to my surprise they delivered mushroom pizza. The pizza was topped with some Indian spice and the taste was very pungent. I complained that the Pizza is not up to Mark and I asked them if they can get it replaced or either remove the spice or mushrooms. Pizza barely had any chicken. There was this bald man who made that pizza he came to my table to ask the problem and I explained him he said that now you are questioning my 10 years of experience. This is how Pizza should be and I explained them that this is all mushrooms and he got very rude very very rude.
