Parrot the Pirate's bay — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

My partner and I turned up here about 6.30pm and had a few wines with a gorgeous sunset, some soft rock in the background and a very relaxed happy atmosphere. The staff were very kind and generous. We were given some Italian sausage, a big bowl of chips and a meat and cheese platter on the house!! Left the bar happy and full. Lovely place to spend an evening. There is also a beach front right next to this bar and a lot of kids were and out the water while the parents sat back. Can't recommend this place enough. Went to leave a decent tip and the barman almost never accepted it. Very very nice family run business. 10/10....

After trying a few restaurants, I arrived at Parrot and finally found the pirate treasure! The place is nice, directly on the cliff overlooking the sea. The two managers are very kind and helpful, the prices are very honest and the food is really good! It's a fast food but, as an Italian, I think their beef burger is really great. The meat is juicy and cooked properly; abundant and well combined with the accompanying condiments. French fries are also excellent, presented in a nice frying basket. If I can give 0 stars, I would. The behavior of the Indians working there towards clients is shameful. They don’t speak English, people not being understood, not being served, and juice being “served” from an open bottle, also charged €3 for 100ml. When asked for a closed bottle, bottle of water instead, or money back, which is the only proper way of dealing with an incorrect service, the person started shouting that no money will be given.
