Another review described this as the best Chinese food on the island. We agree that's a possibility; it was excellent. The service was good too. Unfortunately for us, on this occasion, a large group of about 16 turned up and proceeded to communicate by yelling at each other at the tops of their voices. It made what would otherwise have been our preeminent culinary experience on Malta an endurance test. We couldn't wait to get out of there, ears ringing and heads aching. The decor doesn't help, with hard reflective surfaces everywhere, serving to add reverberation to already over-loud noise. But this reached a level where done kind of intervention would have been appropriate. Sadly it didn't happen. Go, for the quality of the food, but, if you want a peaceful pleasant meal, make sure you go early and go...
Read moreThe worst restaurant I've ever been to! Avoid it at all costs! I guess the other reviews are of relatives or friends, there's no way it has such a good rating. The food tasted really rotten. I was sick the day before!! There were only 2 tables with clients but even so, the service was horrible too! There was a girl serving but it seemed that she kept on forgetting the clients and we couldn't find her anywhere. She just kept on disppearing from the scene. She took like 20m to serve us a coffee, plus 40m to bring the food. Horrible in all ways. We thought Chinese food was similar anywhere we go but this is beyond...
Read moreI had beef and black bean sause with green peppers and boiled rice very nice😋 my gripe is that the pricing is separate. Add the price of the meal to the price of the rice. I can't argue with that it changes the meal from approximately 9-50€ to 14-00€ approx. As on the menu. If your ever in Middleton in Manchester England try my mates cafe "SIMONS" the same meal for approx £7-50p. And tastier 😋😋with the rice. Only problem is he shuts at 2-30 int' afternoon. Soon if you want a sandwich all the ingredients will be sold individually!? Check before you buy! Blue...
