Sailors Arms Pub & Diner — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

we were regulars at this place and always eat the same dish ...carbonara....today we were very disappointed with how we were treated after 40 mins waiting for our food it arrived ....mine had cheese sprinkled all over it ...first time ever it happend so I sent it back while my gf was still waiting for hers second time round they both came after more than 1 hour mine came very al dente...after I specifically asked for it well done....the chef came out with a knife and cut the pasta telling me its not al dente ....I told them not to bother at all after they told me they will make another ....upon paying the bill she told me she had deducted the price of the carbonara...to that I reply rightly so I didn't eat it ...then she starts to tell me its not her fault "big man" with a lot of excuses for why it was so bad 2 times ..safe to say we won't...

We had a great experience at this restaurant! We really liked the food, the atmosphere and the service. We went on a Saturday night at the end of February and they had live music. You felt like you were in the United States, an amazing vibe! The older gentleman at the bar is incredibly polite and seems like a very, very nice man, a kind soul!
