Wagamama Bugibba — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

This restaurant is really great – a beautiful little bistro with absolutely delicious food. I also want to share a very positive experience I had. A while ago, I ordered through Bolt Food from the Bugibba Wagamama but unfortunately the order was not delivered due to Bolt’s mistake. A few days later, I received a call from the owner of the restaurant, who sincerely apologized for the situation and kindly offered me a €20 voucher as compensation, which fully covered the cost of my order. Visited multiple times Wagamama at St Julian's and Skyparks Luqa and food was always very good. Today visited the Bugibba outlet and was a bit disappointed as the food wasn't as good as previous times. Starters were great and the Teriyaki Soba Noodles with sirloin were good as usual. However, the Yaki Udon did not have any chicken or shrimp as listed on the menu, only pieces of chikuwa. Chicken Yaki Soba.

Cold and stale noodles, probably overnight in fridge and tried to be passed of as fresh. Didnt seem to even attempt to hide the fact. As they are served cold.

Staff asked to prepare anorher dish, however seeing ingredients where not fresh in the first one, was reluctant to try another one.

Word of advice you vegetables are fully exposed in the kitchen preperation counter cross contemination happens! Explains the bad foul smell and taste in my noodles!
