We came to Malta for one day and inspired by the beauty of the sea, we really wanted some fish. Unfortunately, we chose the worst restaurant. We ordered two soups, noodles, and two rolls. The seafood soup was some kind of liquid with spoiled seafood, so we didn't finish it. The waiter quickly took it away without asking what was wrong. The workers know that their food is not tasty or fresh, but they still sell it to people, risking the health of their customers. Remember, you can even die from food poisoning from bad fish.
We hoped that at least the sushi and noodles would be tasty because there should be fresh fish in the sushi. But the chefs showed themselves from a terrible side here too. The noodles were dressed with stale sauce and tasted like spoiled shrimp, so we didn't eat it. The sushi had tasteless rice and not fresh fish. Even simple drinks were ruined. The juice we ordered was mixed up, and instead of pineapple, they brought peach and diluted it with water. They served Coca-Cola not in a can but already poured into a glass, probably diluted with water too. How can you save even on juice and Coca-Cola? This is such disrespect for visitors and your work in general. It's a shame when you are 200 meters from the sea, and you don't have fresh seafood. The waiter saw that we didn't eat anything, and he just stopped serving us and approaching us, although we were the only visitors there. I wanted to say that I don't want to pay for food that can poison me, but the staff ignored me, and there was no one to say it to as everyone ran away.
I approached the cashier myself, and they simply told me the amount I had to pay. I gave them the money, and we left hungry and with a spoiled mood, paying for food that was impossible to eat. No one needs just a smiling staff who will poison you with a smile on their face. Now, upon returning from vacation, I will make an appointment with a doctor to prescribe me pills for worms that I could have picked up from trying their food. Don't go there; there are other good restaurants with fresh and tasty food on the parallel street. I hope the management of this establishment reads my review and stops poisoning people for their own money.
Thank you for ruining...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can only speak to my own personal experience, but should anyone ask me, I will say to avoid at all costs. We spent no small amount on dinner, getting selections from sushi to typical Asian cuisine.
The sushi was horrendous. The rice tasted off, I'm not sure how or why, but it tasted like soap. None of the ingredients tasted fresh, and a lot left a rather nasty taste in your mouth upon eating.
On the Asian food side, we ordered some egg fried rice and crispy beef. The rice, yet again, tasted like soap, or rather had a weirdly soapy after taste. The crispy beef, tastes like oil. I've had this many times from many different restaurants, but never once have I had it taste like I'm swallowing a deep fryer.
At the end of it all, we spent ā¬60, and 3/4 of the food went uneaten and is going straight into the bin. An absolute shame and so beyond...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant ! The food was incredibly fresh you can really taste the quality in every bite. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
What made it even better was how affordable it all was. Itās rare to find sushi this good without breaking the bank, but this place really delivers both quality and value.
And to top it all off, they surprised us with a small gift at the end of our meal such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. Itās clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.
Highly recommend! Iāll definitely be...
