Zorbas - Greek Grill — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

Let me start with a compliment... The food is excellent, deserving five stars. I absolutely love Greek cuisine, and the food at this restaurant is almost identical to what you get in Greece. That's exactly why I've eaten here several times, and I often order food via Wolt.

However, I’m giving only one star because of the staff. They’ve changed the staff recently, and I had a very unpleasant experience today.

First, they tried to give me a larger order than what I actually placed. I told them this wasn’t my order—not because of the price, but because I know how big the portions are and how much I, my wife, and our child can eat.

Then, to my surprise, I was served a Mytos beer that was already poured in a glass at the bar. The moment I tasted it, I knew it wasn’t Mytos. I asked what kind of Mytos this was and whether it was draft beer. I was told that’s how they always serve it. That’s simply not true—Mytos is, for me, the best beer in the world, and that was definitely not Mytos.

They probably assumed I was a tourist and tried to trick me for a few extra euros. On my way back from the beach, I passed by and saw they actually serve Mytos in bottles, which confirmed my suspicion.

One star only because of the staff. If the manager is involved in this, then the owner should consider...

I had an amazing experience dining at this Greek restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the hostess and the ladies were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We started with the feta saganaki, which was simply delicious crispy on the outside, perfectly melted inside, and full of flavor. For our main meal, we shared the mixed platter for two, and it was absolutely outstanding. A generous variety of meats and sides, everything was cooked beautifully and seasoned to perfection. To finish, we couldn’t resist the baklava, and it did not disappoint sweet, flaky, and just the right amount of indulgence to end the meal. A special thank you to the manager, Reda, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He recommended the dishes for us, and his suggestions were spot-on. His attention and care really made the whole experience extra special. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience delicious food, warm service, and great hospitality. We’ll definitely...

Just going off the back of what my partner has said the food was unbelievable and so were the staff reda was amazing he recommended some different things and it was out of this world we went there multiple times throughout our weeks stay there and everything they served us hit the spot I just wish we found it 2 days earlier as most the food we had been eating was awful and this was the only place we finished a full meal (or we took it back to the hotel to eat it) the portions were huge for what you pay and the house wine was delicious and so was the house special sauce (never tasted anything like it in my life) we will definitely be back here everytime we visit malta just another mention to reda again for his fab service and he really made us laugh more memories to be coming home with thanks to him much love to you all and can't wait to come back already been home for a few hours and just craving...
