On one of the many customary public holidays on the island, I wondered the streets of Tombeau Bay in search of nom. The ONLY snack joint open was this Chinese place where a large family could be witnessed having a late lunch. Hungrily, I popped in & the mine bouille (ramen) was exceptional. Offers a variety of condiments to accompany the bowl of noodles including roasted porc, ground chicken/beef, roasted egg & greens. Perfect for a quick stop over to indulge in a hearty bowl! I gave it four stars because of a few buzzing flies, otherwise it would easily have been a five starer.
