I have been a regular customer at the restaurant since it opened, usually going there for the thali and mango lassi.
The mango lassi is one of the best I’ve had on the island, and I highly recommend it.
The service is excellent; the staff is always pleasant and attentive.
However, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the thali since the beginning of the year. The lentil curry soup now contains very few lentils and is mostly just sauce. The paneer curry has only 2-3 small pieces of paneer at most and is predominantly sauce. The food no longer offers good value for money.
During my last visit, the potatoes were literally floating in an ocean of oil (see attached picture). The food seems excessively oily these days, and there should be a minimum consideration for the health...
