Pathetic service as usual, all your deals not working at the counter or on the self-service machine. Not to mention that community management sucks , they reply only when they want to on Facebook, specially when they displayed an advert on the app for Rating your visit when the service was not available. Whoever’s reviewing this place putting staff names’ and their colleague ID (!) on the internet is a sad sad person and I feel pity for the reviewer! The Floreal girls deserve high praise! Got my order in a timely fashion, no issues whatsoever.

Reasonably priced without any offers, food received was as advertised, and they even accommodated me as an English speaker.

We ordered two double Big Mac and the gave us two Big Mac instead.. they mixed our Coke zero with the coke normal.. they forget to include our fries.. check properly when you receive the order because the person in charge will tell you it’s too late.. you should have checked your order.. We did not even receive our receipts… Very upsetting and poor service....
