Subject: Complaint Regarding Raw and Improperly Cooked Wings
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at one of your restaurants located at valentina mall. I visited your establishment on 15/09/2023 and ordered a serving of wings, but to my utter surprise and disappointment, the wings were served to me in a raw and improperly cooked state.
I hold your establishment in high regard and have been a regular customer of MacDonnal Phoenix Lolo for quite some time. I have always enjoyed the quality and taste of your food, which is why I was particularly disappointed by the subpar experience I encountered during my last visit.
Upon receiving my order of wings, I expected to enjoy a well-cooked and flavorful meal. However, upon biting into the wings, I immediately noticed that they were not cooked thoroughly. The chicken was raw on the inside, making it unsafe for consumption. As a customer, it is not only disheartening to receive such a product, but it also raises considerable concerns regarding food safety and hygiene standards.
I believe it is crucial for a reputable establishment like yours to prioritize the quality of the food served and to ensure that all meals are prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. Raw and undercooked food poses serious health risks to customers and can tarnish the reputation of your restaurant.
To rectify this issue, I kindly request the following:
Immediate attention to food safety and hygiene standards in your kitchen to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. A thorough investigation into how such an oversight could have occurred, leading to the serving of raw wings. Assurance that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent a recurrence of such incidents, including enhanced quality control procedures and staff training. Refund for the unsatisfactory meal I received during my visit.
I believe that by taking prompt action to address this matter, you will not only regain my trust as a customer but also demonstrate your commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience for MacDonnal Phoenix Lolo

Read moreOn the 28th of October 2024 at 18:30the person in charge of the branch of Valentina refused to identify himself and claimed to be the person in charge and the manager of said branch which happened after another person named Yash previously claimed to be the Manager of said branch. The issue is very straightforward - their advertising is misleading for a promotion to get 2 free wings at the purchase of any large value meal. I proceeded to inform the first operator I spoke with through drive thru that I would get a Large value meal and that I would be paying by card after redeeming through the Macdonald's app the 20% off available until the 31st of October 2024. They refused to allow the payment to benefit for the advertised promo of 2 free wings. The proclaimed person in charge refused to give his name or his agent code and was not wearing his name tag! He was unaware of McDonald's policies and processes and it is shocking that such a person with such poor people skills be allowed to be in charge and responsible for a branch. Here are my 2 cents for McDonald's Valentina.
The food is never consistent, always too much mayonnaise or something else happened.
In my last order, ticket 1820, I bought 4 burgers + fries and 2 McCrispy and ONLY got 1 ketchup and 2 napkins. I asked for additional condiment and got one chilly sauce only. Come on man, what's wrong with you stingy people. This is not coming out of your pocket, I personally need two chilly sauce for a medium fries. What's even worse is the "look" I got from the girl who was serving me in the drive-thru, as if I just stabbed someone by asking for more condiments!!
Bottom line:
Standard: 1 out of 5. - Learn from the other outlets from abroad, retrain the staff.
Customer Service: 1 out of 5. - They are trying to save money on condiments and napkins. They give you the "look" to discourage you from asking for more. Abroad it's the customers who help themselves with the condiments, take as much...
