Bestiario it was the place to go. It could still be the place to go! I love the food no complaint there, nevertheless I like to tip my waiters and kitchen staff, but honestly all of them seem like they don’t care, the waiter took forever to come to the table, didn’t even introduce himself, was in his phone the whole time, came only once to the table while we were eating to offer more drinks, we had to keep calling him. The kitchen staff wouldn’t stop staring, like staring for a while. At the end while paying the check I just paid the ticket amount, and went outside to grab some cash from my wife, and when I came back to tip them, our waiter was visible upset because he had thought I left without tipping. Me encanta este sushi sin problemas lo catalogaría entre los mejores o el mejor de Aguascalientes,la variedad es mucha y los precios adecuados, algo que me cae bastante mal de otros restaurantes de sushi/maki es que si tienes antojo de algo sencillo tiende a costar 90 pesos y algo mas complicado u elaborado 110, por lo que acabas sintiendo que no vale la pena lo que estas pidiendo cosa que no pasa aqui, pues reitero los precios son bastante adecuados a lo que estas comprando, pues el precio de los rollos va desde los 50-120 dependiendo de lo que tenga y su elaboración. Y pidas el que pidas van a estar muy buenos, se nota que los hacen al momento y de cierta manera tienen un toque casero en ellos, el ambiente del lugar es bastante agradable es una casa antigua tipica del centro histórico de Aguascalientes pero no lo suficiente para caerse a pedazos, lo acompaña una selección de música muy agradable, si no es que vendieran Sushi bien podria ser un cafe, la atención es buena y la variedad de sushis gratificante, ademas venden otro platillos como yakimeshis, gohan...
