Bad overall service! Waited for an hour and 10 min.for our food! The food has lost its original taste and quality! When I did complain to the manager the individual said they were having trouble with all of the customers orders in waiting time. When I told him to offer me or give me some alternatives in adjusting the price. He said no! They only offered a free soft drink! I have been a customer of this establishment since it's inception in 2016. However they have also been expanding since their initial opening in Aguascalientes. Nevertheless with their new openings have come lost of quality and service. I am truly disappointed with this company. Sad...what happens when you open other restaurants.. only to find out it's lost it quality and service from the original! Overrated, I’ve been here twice, the first time was to celebrate my birthday with my family and the customer service was awful, literally the manager and waitress were drinking with their friends instead of working! The second time was not long ago and it seems they hired new personal, which improved their attention. However, it happened the same, the manager was drinking with his friends who looked very drunk. That’s not professional. I think they need to reevaluate their perspective about how a successful business needs to work. The food is not bad, the best part...

Pésimo servicio, la atención de los meseros deja demasiado qué desear, pedimos una pizza, lasagna y bebidas, pasaron alrededor de 15 minutos sin recibir ni siquiera las bebidas y el mesero nos indica que debemos ordenar otra pasta ya que lasagna ya no había, decidimos por otra opción y mientras el mesero pasaba varias veces por la mesa aventando literalmente los cubiertos, las copas, los platos, se notaba que no le gusta su trabajo. Posterior nos llevó los alimentos aventandolos igual, lo cual ya era incómodo para la mesa, lo peor de todo fue cuando pedimos la cuenta, le pedimos la terminal y sólo nos aventó de nuevo la terminal en la mesa sin traer la cuenta, hice yo misma mi cuenta misma que trajo al par de minutos y se fue, tuve que cobrarme yo sola, otro de sus compañeros le hizo la observación de lo que estaba pasando debido a su pésima atención y el mesero dijo que estaba bien que yo me cobrara sola. Nuevo autoservicio para pago! Claramente nunca volveremos a este lugar que tanto nos gustaba, mucho mejor atención en la sucursal...
