I wish there was a way to leave negative stars... The service was abysmal! The server either hated his job or was having a very bad day or both. While we were trying to decide what we wanted for dinner, he comes to take our order. We say "unos minutos por favor". He shrugs his shoulders, throws his hands up, and walks off. He brings me a beer without asking if I wanted a glass/mug. This is an upscale restaurant. Drinking a beer from the bottle would be crude. To add insult to injury, when paying by credit card, he asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I said, "no gracias". However, after examining my receipt, he added a 10 percent tip anyway... Overall, a good dining experience. Good flavors (that do capture the original Italian recipes), portions and prices, and also... it was my birthday that day! Good salads, good pastas, good pizzas (although I missed the artichokes on the quattro staggioni pizza, instead there was pepperoni) and very tasty desserts. He vistitado el lugar anteriormente y siempre quedo encantada con el servicio, presentacion y sabor de los platillos. Pero mi visita del dia 21 de junio de 2020 fue algo distinta:

Pedi los ravioles 4 quesos, en cuanto al sabro no tengo ninguna queja, siempre PERFECTO. Pero la rpesentacion del platillo fue imperdonable, pareceia que solo habian aventado los ravioles y la salsa no cubria todos los ravioles, 1 raviol no estaba 100% cubierto con la salsa. La temperatura del paltillo estaba AL TIEMPO, por lo cual solicite que me calentaran el platillo. El platllo en efecto lo re-calentaron y ovbivmante el sabor MEJORO.

De postre pedi tiramisu, fue una decepcion la presentacion de tan iconico postre, el queso mascarpone estaba derretido y el postre en general NO ESTABA FRIO, se estaba practicamente derritiendo. El sabor SIN QUEJAS, sigue estando DELICIOSO.
