What a quaint dive bar where they only serve pulque (Google it!). The atmosphere was wild and crazy until they ran out of pulque, then it became the quietest place in town. The process is that every day, they bring in the harvest from the night before and serve the pulque until they run out. Once it is gone, the people leave, and the place shuts down. En muchas ocasiones he enfermedo del estómago por beber pulque en lugares que tienen muy buena pinta. En otras ocasiones el pulque no tiene buen sabor y el aroma es desagradable. Me encanta esta bebida prehispánica, si es natural, mucho mejor... y mi esposa fue quien encontró este lugar, sabiendo que me daría una sorpresa. Y, así fue. Es un lugar muy agradable, en el centro de Amealco. El pulque está muy fresco y tiene un gran sabor y aroma. Los curados están buenísimos.
