I was very disappointed with the experience. Considering its location in an upscale shopping center, it lacked the most basic things such as Professionalism in Customer Service and Cleanliness in the toppings station. Upon entering, there was nobody there to take care of us, and once the lady finally came out from the back with another guy whom was also an employee, she had a very upset personality as if she was mad we interrupted whatever it was that was going on. I personally always give people the benefit of the doubt, but she wasn't having any of it. The toppings bar was absolutely unacceptable. There was a banana peel that, as someone with experience in the food industry, I know had been there a while. There were crumbs everywhere, and syrup all over the place. There were no customers entering and could've easily been cleaned up way before. The quality of the Ice cream was absolutely disappointing as well as it was VERY watery upon receiving it, and ended up making us sick later on in the evening. Bottom line, I DO NOT Recommend this Location. There are other locations here in La Paz with better quality and customer service, that we've never had...

Then they always try to sell the ice cream sandwiches that are already made. When the .aching does work the ice cream is very good. Please fix your machine or five it proper...
