10 out of 10! My wife has long followed Flora Farms and was excited to visit in person. While I was hesitant at first, everything there exceeded expectations: food, people, music, setting, vibe. It was absolutely lovely.
I would recommend booking an experience if you're planning on visiting and have the half day to spend there. We did the herbal tour with "Polo" (Leopold) and it was exceptional. We learned about the Papaya, basil, mint, aloe, carrot, banana and were blown away with the perfect blend of botany, herbalism, biochemistry, lunar cycles, metabolism, psychoneuroimmunology, and living energy that was shared throughout the presentation. It was amazing. Signing up for this tour also allowed us to roam the gardens that are otherwise locked to visitors. Seeing the private grounds and gardens, and also getting an ice-cold drink in the private quarters was amazing (carrot juice or watermelon were exceptional!). The live band was awesome - set the perfect mood for a wonderful atmosphere.
Lunch was delicious, and the serving sizes were plenty to share. We both ordered the Tuna Sandwich, and I struggled to finish an entire serving - my wife only eating 3 bites before calling it a day.
The stores surrounding the property are cute and quaint, although paying $20USD for a bar of soap left a little bit of regret when leaving the grounds.
Uber from our resort (Le Blanc) was about 30 minutes, but didn't feel long at all and only cost ~$25USD.
All in all - beautiful experience in a beautiful place! Felt like the Magnolia...
Read moreI had an absolutely delightful experience at Flora Farms in San Jose Del Cabo! Nestled like an oasis in the desert, this charming farm-to-table venue is a burst of vibrant greens and floral splendor. From the moment you step onto the lush lawns surrounded by blooming flowers, you're whisked into a serene world that feels a world away from the ordinary.
The meal was a sensory journey starting with their fresh sourdough bread—crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, it was perfect for dipping into the creamy, rich burrata. Next came the fettuccine, which was simply divine; you could truly taste the freshness of every ingredient. The pork chop was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with a depth of flavor that speaks volumes of their culinary ethos.
But it wasn't just the food that made the experience memorable—the staff were the heart of Flora Farms. Every person there radiated warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. Their smiles were just as bright as the surroundings.
Flora Farms isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience—a celebration of nature, nurture, and nourishment. It's clear why this place is cherished by so many. A must-visit for anyone in San Jose Del Cabo looking for a meal that feeds not just the body, but...
Read moreWe had the most amazing experience at Flora’s Field Kitchen. We arrived early and visited The Farm Bar where we had some beautiful handcrafted cocktails. The mojito (not on the official cocktails list) was the best I have ever had, we also tried the farm Julep, Farmtini and lemon raspberry mocktail with gin and they were all so good! We were then seated for dinner and the ambiance alone was so pretty and comforting. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible! Our group tried warm rosemary focaccia, tomato Parmesan soup, Margherita pizza, tomato and bacon pizza and the medium chop. We were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond! She was presented with not only one but two complimentary desserts, a piece of chocolate cake and a slice of key lime pie. We also were given a complimentary house hors d’oeuvre which was a mango crema crepe and it was a little bite of heaven. The food here was incredible. Every dish was so distinctly different, full of flavor and so fresh. One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend Flora’s Field Kitchen and Flora Farms in general. I will be dreaming of the...
