The fish tacos here absolutely blew my mind. When I think about my family’s vacation to Todos Santos eating the tacos here is my favorite memory! Unfortunately it’s ruined eating fish tacos anywhere else for us, but I feel truly blessed having tasted this perfection. Don’t even hesitate eating here, please please please just try it!!! We made the mistake of trying it halfway through our trip and after that we ate here as often as we could because it wasn’t worth spending money or stomach space on anything else. Also the side salad is the best side salad I’ve ever had, I know it seems simple, but the addition of the pears they put on it and the coriander dressing just sent it way over the edge for me. And what the heck is in that hot sauce stuff in the bottles!? I could like drink that stuff. It’s the perfect addition to the tacos to add some heat. Todos Santos Pacifica Fish Market deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! This place truly exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth recommending. From the moment I walked in, the presentation and atmosphere were inviting.

I started with the taco de camarón capeado and camarón tempura. The combination of flavors was outstanding, delivering a gourmet experience that left me impressed. Their cilantro salsa recipe deserves special mention—truly a 10/10.

Next, I tried the taco de camarón tempura, which also delivered excellent flavor and quality.

The only minor inconvenience was having to order and pay first before getting a table. However, once seated, the attentive service and delicious food more than made up for it.

Literally life-changing fish tacos. That may sound over-the-top, but they really are that good. Adriana, the head chef, is an actual genius in the kitchen—each type of fish is paired with toppings and sauces that complement the flavors, and everything is always insanely fresh and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere and live music are amazing, everyone who works there is so friendly and talented, and sometimes i wake up in the night dreaming of the rosemary-ginger jamaica.
