Absolutely delicious. This place is a must-visit for anyone gluten free, and honestly it's worth a quick stop even if you can have gluten. Such a fresh and flavorful selection.
We had the rosemary foccacia, the quinoa chocolate muffins, the almond raspberry cookies, two lattes and two smoothies. All of that and zero regrets, haha.
The foccacia was savory, bursting with rosemary flavor and a nice saltiness to it.
The quinoa chocolate muffin was moist and tasty, with the perfect soft texture.
After those two home runs I thought we had peaked, but some the almond raspberry cookies were still even better. Soft, chewy, perfection.
Man, just so you know I'm not a fake reviewer I'll admit that the protein smoothie was average. It was tasty, but I think if I had to cut something from our order it would have been that one.
The other smoothie we had was bright, fresh, and filled with greens.
I also love that they used metal reusable straws. #gogreen

And, how could I know you were actually my very special neighbour? I never forget and feel very grateful, you know why š Lovely to meet your whole family. Muchos gracias!!
Feb 2024: first review Hint... you gotta stop when you see their sign, or take a road trip up there and connect with the owners and their incredible healthy and super yummy food choices. First visit, already a favorite! I opted for the green detox juice and the sweet potato brownie... Enjoyed every bite and sip. Can I give 10*? I would! It's also fun to hang out and chat with others who stop for their favorite drink and treat. I'm glad I bought a treat to take home as well. Thanks so much!! šš²š½ Next time I'm here, I'd love to do a cooking workshop, ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEverything about this place was mediocre at best. The coffee was small and overly strong. The chai was watery and underwhelming, needing far more spice and more body. The vanilla almond bread didnāt even have a hint of almond flavor. The anti-inflammatory smoothie had so much turmeric that you couldnāt taste anything else. The seating consists of stumps and boulders (seriously!). And the woman who served us had a patronizing attitude. Even though Iām a native Spanish speaker, she insisted on speaking to us in her poor English because she clearly saw us as just two more gringos. Thereās a place down the street called Cabanas Las Tunas, which is far superior. Donāt waste your time...
