The food is 'good'. The service is lacking. Although I described with some detail what I wanted, what arrived was not what I wanted. We all make mistakes. I expressed disappointment to the waitresses and it was made clear it was my fault. Coffee refill was never obtained. If I were the owner I'd pay attention to how my employees treat the customers. If you have lots of time to be taken care of you might like it. Sadly it was not the first time with such an experience here, but in my case it will be the last. For people who surely don't make a lot of money and who likely depend on tips service (or lack thereof) was surprising. Maybe I wasn't kind enough but I'm sure I was not rude. -- I hope service improves but I won't be there to witness it.

La comida está 'bien'. El servicio deja que desear. A pesar de describir con algún detalle lo deseado, lo que llegó no era lo que quería. Todos nos equivocamos. Expresé que estaba decepcionado a las meseras, y se me hizo claro que el error era mi culpa. El café refill nunca fue rellenado. Si yo fuera el dueño/a de este lugar observaría como mis empleados tratan con los clientes. Si tiene mucho tiempo para que se le atienda quizás le guste el lugar. Tristemente no es la primera vez que tuve un experiencia como esta aquí, pero en mi caso fue la última vez. Para personas que seguramente no ganan mucho dinero y que dependen de propinas el servico (o falta de) fue sorprendente.
